7 and 7 on Saturday, December 30, 2017

What do you do when you come across an amazing blog post by a blogger you’ve never read before?

Simple.ย  You add the blogger to your personal blogroll and you add that post to the lineup of 7 and 7 posts that I recap every Saturday morning.

First, let’s find seven blog posts by community and independent bloggers in the Albany Times Union.ย  Starting with…

  1. Andrew Gregory’s “CRUMBS” local music blog, “The Best Local 518 Albums and EPs of 2017.
  2. Lawrence White’s “Field of View” blog, “Donald Trump’s weapon of ignorance.
  3. Frank Robinson’s “Rational Optimist” blog, “What is populism?
  4. Rob Hoffman’s “Hoffman Files” blog, “It’s 2017. Bring out your dead. (Because they can’t do it themselves.)
  5. Fran Rossi Szpylczyn’s “There Will Be Bread” blog, “UPDATED – Innocence and perspective.
  6. Sonja Stark’s “PilotGirl” blog, “Airport Art: A gateway to local culture.
  7. Hadeer Nagah in the “Muslim Women” blog, “In the spirit of the Season.

Good stuff all.ย  And now let’s check out the posts from my blogroll, and we’ll start with the new entry to the blogroll lineup.

  1. Neil Zeller’s photography blog, “A True Holiday Train – it’s for everyone!
  2. Carl Johnson’s Albany history blog “Hoxsie!” – “The Mohawk Overall Company.
